We’re excited to share that we are the new owners of Mr. Fish!
This restaurant has long been a special part of the Shelburne community, and we’re proud to continue what makes it so loved. Many of the things you know and enjoy will stay the same—including familiar faces, favorite dishes, and our commitment to great service—while we carefully add our own touches over time.

We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jim and Sandra for everything they’ve built and continuing to guide us in this journey and trusting us with Mr. Fish.
